JARVIS
A personal AI operating system

An always-on AI operating system that lives on my machine. Voice in, voice out, a web interface when I need to see something, and enough control over the desktop to actually do the work rather than describe it.
Why
Assistants that only talk are a demo. The interesting problem starts when the thing can open apps, read the screen, run commands and hold a task across hours — and when it has to decide, on its own, which of those to reach for.
How it works
A supervising agent routes work to specialised sub-agents, each with its own tools and memory. Voice runs continuously so there is no wake-up ritual. State persists across sessions, so JARVIS remembers what we were in the middle of.
Where it is
Running daily on my own machine. The next version — MK II — moves it off the keyboard entirely.
